Apply to be a Review Board Member

The FCRO has 53 local review boards positioned statewide and over 300 trained volunteer local review board members serving on these boards. If you are considering applying, please read the Review Board Member Handbook below. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete training prior to being appointed to a board. Note: By law, A person employed by the FCRO, the Department of Health and Human Services, a residential child–caring agency, a child-placing agency, or a court shall not be appointed to a local board. If you are still interested and eligible, apply today!

To apply, read the FCRO Review Board Member Handbook, print the Acknowledgement Form,and print and complete the Application. Make sure to write clearly and respond to all questions. Sign and return the application and the acknowledgement form by U.S. Mail to FCRO, 1225 L St., Suite 401, Lincoln, NE 68508. You may also fax it to 402-471-4437, or scan and email it to fcro.contact@nebraska.gov.
