Apply to be a Review Board Member

The FCRO has 54 local review boards positioned statewide and over 325 trained volunteer local review board members serving on these boards. If you are considering applying, please read the FCRO Review Board Member Responsibilities handout provided below. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete training prior to being appointed to serve. Note: By law: A person employed by the FCRO, the Department of Health and Human Services, a residential child–caring agency, a child-placing agency, or a court shall not be appointed to a local board. If you are still interested and able to commit to these responsibilities and time commitments – Please apply!

To apply, print and complete the Application and DHHS Adult Abuse and Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry forms below. Make sure to write clearly and respond to all questions.
